4. Delivery and Access

- Access credentials and download links are provided within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Delivery is via email or secure client portal.
4.2 Social Media Agency Services
- Service delivery timelines are specified in the service agreement or proposal.
- Work begins within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy – No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any of our products or services.
5.1 Why No Refunds?

5.2 Exceptions
The only exception to the no-refund policy is:
- If we fail to deliver the purchased product or service within the agreed timeline.
- In such cases, a partial or full credit may be issued at our discretion.
5.3 Disputes
All payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date. Disputes filed after this period may not be investigated.
6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and project information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

7.2 Custom Work
Any custom development, AI configurations, or creative work delivered to you remains our intellectual property unless a separate IP transfer agreement is signed.
7.3 Client Content
You retain ownership of all content (logos, branding, data) you provide to us. We use it solely to deliver services and will not share it with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PowerBuy HUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
- No liability for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
We do not guarantee that our software will meet all your requirements or be error-free, though we strive to deliver high-quality solutions.
